A leading food distributor had numerous challenges planning and executing a complex multi-site upgrade of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). To address these challenges, they collaborated with Spinnaker SCA to plan and design a rollout to leverage new facilities and in Blue Yonder’s WMS.
