Building a modern, modular planning foundation

Working alongside Kinaxis, Spinnaker SCA designed a full-stack transformation roadmap anchored in Maestro. The solution introduced Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Capacity Planning—all tightly integrated to reflect the company's true business dynamics.

Activating advanced scenario planning and lifecycle insights

By embedding “what if?” analysis directly into the S&OP workflows, planners could simulate demand spikes, material constraints, or transportation delays with confidence. Spinnaker SCA also implemented lifecycle planning logic to support product introductions, discontinuations, and transitions in real time.

Spinnaker SCA established a Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure system ownership and adoption didn’t stop at go-live. Through targeted mentorship and planning team enablement, the organization developed in-house champions capable of sustaining platform value and continuously improving it.
