Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager (PM) is a trusted advisor to client project leadership for assigned accounts. This resource coordinates and drives communications between Spinnaker SCA and the customer to support achieving client objectives and acts as the project facing lead to the client.

The PM must provide clear, relevant and prescriptive advice based on their experience in Supply Chain and/or Systems Implementations to bring our projects to successful completion. This resource has subject matter expertise in at least one of the functional areas (demand, supply planning, order processing, management, fulfillment, warehouse, transportation, or omni-channel) and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute established policies and procedures for the project, e.g. quality assurance, communication plan and ongoing project governance

Primary Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Service as a trusted adviser for senior executives at Spinnaker clients

  • Participate in consulting engagements as a subject matter expert for Planning and Operational Improvement project initiatives

Job Description:

  • Functional Expertise to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of JDA (RedPrairie) Warehouse Management Systems.

  • The Implementation Consultant’s role is to identify and understand our clients’ business requirements, and appropriately match that with an appropriate technical solution. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the client team to identify the most appropriate solutions among several alternatives and produce related documentation.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the chief planner/architect of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations; ensure that the delivery architecture, capabilities and operations are consistent across the enterprise.

  • Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation

  • Working with customers for understanding requirements, providing solutions, transforming requirements

  • Configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure various resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role and/or business software consulting role.
