Getting started with Managed Services & Post Go-Live Support

Do we support older, highly configured SCP environments?

Yes. We can support legacy, hybrid, and cloud environments. We meet you where you're at, stabilize the environment, and then when ROI and readiness align, we can help you migrate to a newer version.

Do we replace vendor support? We operate alongside vendor support. But we own end-to-end incident coordination, including upstream and downstream integrations.
How fast can we get started? The typical mobilization is 2–6 weeks (including access, observability, runbooks, CAB) with immediate monitoring available.
Do we force upgrades to cognitive or SaaS models?

No. We do not use migrations to paper over stability. We encourage migrations when the value and time are right for your business.
