With over 20 years of experience, Jeff manages major outsourcing relationships and leads initiatives across product returns, shared services transition, and business process integration, consistently delivering operational transformation and improved service levels.
John Sharkey heads Spinnaker’s Management Consulting practice, where he oversees strategic engagements in supply chain strategy, demand/supply planning, analytics, and operations. A graduate fellow of MIT’s prestigious Leaders for Manufacturing program, John has helped multinational corporations reduce costs, enhance customer service, and align operations with growth strategies through organizational and system design.
