Spinnaker acquires Plan4Demand to expand supply chain planning capabilities
Denver, CO — December 9, 2013 — Spinnaker, a leader in supply chain strategy and logistics consulting, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Plan4Demand, a boutique consulting firm known for its expertise in supply chain planning transformation, performance enablement, and enterprise technology deployment.
This strategic acquisition enhances Spinnaker’s breadth of services across JDA (now Blue Yonder) and SAP APO/SCM ecosystems and introduces a specialized staffing and planning talent practice via Pros2Plan. The deal is expected to close by mid-December 2013.
