Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Support Managed Service Consultant

What we're looking for

Spinnaker SCA, a company of Publicis Sapient, is looking for a Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Support Managed Service Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning practice

In this role, you’ll provide custom care to clients with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) software. This includes designing and implementing solution enhancements, debugging and correcting existing solution code, researching solutions to data issue. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients as part of a team.

$80,000–$150,000 USD, plus bonus

Required qualifications

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required; equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role
  • Understanding of supply chain management systems, including planning, procurement, production, distribution, and logistics
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO)
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder SCPO data tables and structure
  • Ability to understand, create, and code Oracle PL/SQL procedures and packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with the full system development life cycle for enterprise systems

You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous work experience using Agile techniques
  • Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of Redwood scheduling software
  • Subject matter knowledge in 2-3+ supply chain domains, such as Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Order Management, Manufacturing, or Reverse Logistics
  • Knowledge of established change management frameworks and best practices
  • Ability to guide clients through AI-readiness and advanced analytics integration, where applicable

What you'll actually do

  • Work with supply chain planners to understand, replicate, diagnose, and resolve their issues and questions
  • Work as part of a team to design and code enhancements to existing supply chain solution using Oracle PL/SQL
  • Debug and correct defects in existing Oracle PL/SQL supply chain solution code
  • Work in an Agile solution development environment
  • Provide on-call support in rotation as part of a team
  • Update and adjust process and job schedules

Additional info

Pay Range: $80,000-150,000 USD + Bonus

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
