Getting started with a System Assessment & Vendor Selection

How fast can we get started? A typical System Assessment & Vendor Selection project takes 6–12 weeks. Note: Our timeline is dependent on stakeholder availability and data readiness.
Am I required to do a System Assessment? No. We will meet you where you're at in your transformation journey. If you've already documented what's working and what's not and internally aligned stakeholders, we can begin with the Vendor Selection.
Best-of-breed vs. suite—do we take a position? We will present both paths with quantified trade-offs across integrations, capabilities and total cost of ownership. Our recommendation(s) will be based on the agreed-upon decision criteria.
