Spinnaker SCA Celebrates Three Honorees in the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Awards

A Trailblazer, Rising Star and DEI Pioneer recognized for their leadership, execution, and impact

New York, NY September 8, 2025Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive have recognized three powerhouse women from Spinnaker SCA, a company of Publicis Sapient, as 2025 Women in Supply Chain: Debbie Stanton-Johnson, Kelly Arneson, and Sharon Goh. The annual award honors women across the global supply chain who are driving measurable business outcomes, mentoring the next generation, and building more inclusive workplaces in the process.

“At Spinnaker SCA, we believe true leadership is measured by the impact you make with colleagues and on the behalf of our clients. Debbie, Kelly, and Sharon embody this at every level—from client transformations to mentorship and making space for others to thrive,” explained John Sharkey, CEO of Spinnaker SCA and Global Supply Chain Lead, Publicis Sapient. “They don’t just solve problems—they build trust, lead with authenticity, and elevate colleagues, making a true impact. We’re proud to have them as leaders, colleagues, and mentors.”

2025 Trailblazer: Debbie Stanton-Johnson, SVP of Connected Planning & Fulfillment

The Trailblazer category celebrates seasoned leaders with a proven track record of breaking new ground, pioneering methodologies, and influencing the broader industry.

With more than 30 years of global supply chain transformation experience, Debbie Stanton-Johnson has quietly become one of the most sought-after planning leaders in the industry known for rescuing stalled transformations. In the past 18 months alone, she’s led go-lives for one of the largest beer manufacturers, a luxury EV manufacturer, and a global industrial manufacturer—each demanding deep cross-functional orchestration and complex change leadership.

Debbie currently leads Spinnaker SCA’s Kinaxis and ketteQ practices Under her leadership, her team was amongst the first to deliver a successful Maestro implementation for a softline distributor, effortlessly navigating apparel’s inherent complexities. Debbie was also instrumental in architecting the firm’s renowned adoption and proficiency model. In 2022, she was named a Supply Chain Pro to Know.

Debbie’s advice to future leaders: "Don’t underestimate the power of saying yes. The best opportunities often come disguised as problems no one else wants to solve."

2025 Rising Star: Kelly Arneson, Sr. Manager, Warehouse Optimization & Automation

The Rising Star category honors emerging leaders who demonstrate rapid growth, cross-functional influence, and consistent delivery of high-impact results.

Kelly Arneson’s journey from junior consultant to senior manager is marked by her solution-oriented technical excellence and consensus-building leadership style. Over the past 12 months, she has served as delivery lead for multiple Blue Yonder WMS and automation projects—improving adoption by 95%, reducing post-go-live support tickets by 40%, and mentoring the next generation of supply chain technologists.

Kelly’s work on forklift and conveyor automation at a leading logistics service provider, as well as complex labeling enhancements at a leading book distributor, are recent examples of her human-centered approach to systems architecture and warehouse transformations. Clients trust her. Colleagues learn from her. And Spinnaker SCA is stronger because of her steadfast dedication to delivering successful client outcomes.

Kelly’s advice to future leaders: "Embrace every challenge as a catalyst for innovation—raise your hand for the toughest assignments, learn voraciously, and lead by example to earn trust and drive lasting impact."

2025 DEI Pioneer: Sharon Goh, Sr. Director, Warehouse Optimization & Automation

The DEI Pioneer category honors women who embed equity into the very infrastructure of supply chain—through hiring practices, mentorship models, and leadership that lifts others. Few exemplify this more fully than Sharon Goh.

An openly LGBTQ+ executive and seasoned robotics and automation leader, Sharon has spent over two decades transforming global supply chains—from launching more than 100,000 robots across sites in the U.S., UK, Poland and Japan during her tenure at Amazon, to architecting AI platforms for logistics startups, and now advising global product strategy in a senior capacity for a multinational CPG firm. Her blueprint? Technical brilliance paired with a relentless focus on workforce empowerment.

At Amazon, she didn’t just lead automation—she restructured hiring policies to create a new pipeline for self-taught warehouse workers, a legacy that still shapes Amazon’s talent practices. (Hear her MIT Industrial Liaison Session, “Go See: Cultivating Talent from Within,” where she laid out a framework for growing diverse talent in technical roles.) Today, at Spinnaker SCA, she helps Fortune 100 clients rethink warehouse optimization—not as a cost center, but as a people strategy.

In 2025, she took the stage at ProMat to challenge the notion that AI replaces workers—instead advocating for AI that enhances human capability, especially for underrepresented populations in distribution and fulfillment.

Beyond her client work, Sharon mentors young talent in STEM and raises funds for LGBTQ+ youth through competitive powerlifting—living her values with strength and purpose.

Sharon’s message to future leaders: "The things that make you different are the same things that make you powerful in this field. Don’t shrink to fit—lead by being more of yourself, not less."

The team at Spinnaker SCA is honored to know and work with each of these extraordinary women in supply chain. Congratulations to all of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Award recipients. To view the full list of 2025’s winners, visit https://sdce.me/rxh91fyk
