Supply chain leader to bolster Publicis Sapient’s competitiveness in agile digital supply chain transformation to better service client needs
Paris, France and Denver, CO — March 12, 2024 — Publicis Groupe (Euronext Paris FR0000130577, CAC 40) today announced the acquisition of Spinnaker SCA, a leading supply chain services firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado, that provides end-to-end supply chain strategy, planning, and execution consulting services. Spinnaker SCA will become part of Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation company of Publicis Groupe.
This acquisition further enhances Publicis Sapient’s capabilities in agile digital supply chain transformation, addressing a growing client need across industries. Spinnaker SCA’s core competencies include supply chain management and process improvement, supply chain design and analytics, supply chain planning, omnichannel order management, and execution. The firm’s expertise will also augment Publicis Sapient’s capabilities in advanced AI/ML analytics, supply chain digital twins, data solutions, warehouse and transportation management, and digital sustain services.
Together, the organizations will enable clients to unlock new value across the entire supply chain ecosystem—combining Spinnaker SCA’s deep operational expertise and track record of measurable performance improvement with Publicis Sapient’s digital transformation leadership and SPEED (Strategy, Product, Experience, Engineering, Data & AI) capabilities.
