As CEO, John Sharkey leads Spinnaker SCA's overall strategy, client success, team development, and financial performance. With more than two decades of experience delivering large-scale supply chain transformation, John is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to leading organizations across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and high-tech industries.
Since joining Spinnaker SCA in 2004, John has been a driving force behind the firm’s evolution—from leading its original supply chain consulting practice to guiding its strategic merger with SCApath and acquisition and integration of Accelogix. His ability to combine visionary strategy with operational execution has made Spinnaker SCA a go-to partner for end-to-end supply chain transformation.
Prior to joining Spinnaker SCA, John held roles at EY, Orion Consulting, and Procter & Gamble. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and earned an MBA and MS in Engineering from MIT as a fellow in the Leaders for Global Operations program.
