Job Description:

Consultants at Spinnaker SCA are expected to assist in the delivery of work product on client engagements, provide support to internal colleagues, perform research, prepare training materials, and manage the smaller day to day meetings on client engagements. The Consultant will be working with leading Retail, Distribution, and CPG companies primarily in the USA and Canada

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst focuses on transforming client organizations to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both clients and partners, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.



  • Research and analyze existing and future base business processes, determine impacts, and communicate and collaborate with the client, various contractors, and selected staff
  • Assist in the successful delivery of work product on client engagements.
  • Assist in developing project deliverables
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients with support from senior personnel – develop rapport with client
  • Supporting the creation of business process, functional and/or technical design documents
  • Execute modeling and analysis, configuration and coding assignments
  • Design test cases, and execute test scripts for systems implementation engagements
  • Providing support to internal colleagues through the development of collateral that can be shared within the group
  • Providing research and analysis per manager’s direction
  • Helping prepare documentation, presentations, and training materials
  • Manage smaller meetings and day-to-day client interactions
  • Research and analyze existing and future base business processes, determine impacts, and communicate and collaborate with the client, various contractors, and selected staff
  • Document research results in baseline OCM work products that the client can leverage such as
    • as-is documentation
    • to-be documentation
    • gap/impact analyses
    • change readiness plans
  • OCM communications
  • OCM training


  • BS in Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Business or other technical field., or equivalent experience.
  • OCM experience on one or more IT implementation projects, with each project having a minimum of 25 active users
  • Current industry recognized OCM certification such as Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, LaMarsh Management Change Model & Methodology certification, or APMG International Change Management certification
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Programming skills
  • General business and engineering problem solving abilities. Ability to use Excel models as well as more sophisticated mathematical modeling and optimization models.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%+ based on client requirements and demands which may include international trave
