SpinnakerSCA has an immediate opening for a Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Implementation Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as our technical expert and provide high level support to a project team during the technical design and implementation of client software systems.

  • Communicate with clients and management regarding project tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and impediments.

  • Anticipate challenges, plan for customer needs, and solve intricate problems.

  • Provide expertise in the installation, configuration, and management of complex software infrastructure.

  • Mentor a team of junior resources and interns to further their growth in systems knowledge, operations, and technical components.

  • Develop internal coding standards and increase the quality for delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • Four to six years’ experience in technical consulting or software development with progressive responsibilities

  • Advanced SQL knowledge, in addition to JAVA, Groovy, and other technical languages

  • In depth technical expertise with supply chain execution systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, WES, warehouse automation systems) and experience with JDA/RedPrairie/BY products (preferred)

  • Technical expertise in requirement definition, systems development, and implementation (as part of a project team)

  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving ability

  • Experience troubleshooting intricate systems and working towards high level resolutions.

  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated excellence in presentation and communication skills.
