The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst focuses on transforming client organizations to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization.

Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both clients and partners, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Research and analyze existing and future base business processes, determine impacts, and communicate and collaborate with the client, various contractors, and selected staff

Document research results in baseline OCM work products that the client can leverage such as

as-is documentation

to-be documentation
-
gap/impact analyses
-
change readiness plans
-
OCM communications
-
OCM training
Role is engaged in facilitating changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization
Qualifications:

OCM experience on one or more IT implementation projects, with each project having a minimum of 25 active users

Current industry-recognized OCM certification such as Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, LaMarsh Management Change Model & Methodology certification, or APMG International Change Management certification

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Ability to travel up to 10%+ based on client requirements and demands which may include international travel
